Someone told me about you, but I have never heard of the brand and it is not cheap. Can I know more?

Of course. And I will warn you straight away: I am not going to sell you anything on this page. You came here to find out who is behind this, so I will tell you, and you make up your own mind.

That is me, Lucien. I built Fitmo for my family first.

That is me, Lucien. I built Fitmo for my family first.

Go on then. Where did it start?

With phone calls. A friend, then another. Elderly people in my own family.

Every time the same sentence, word for word: it came out of nowhere, we have no idea where it came from.

What hit me was not the illness. It was that nobody saw it coming. No record of the months before. No curve. No reference point.

What could we have seen coming?

What could we have seen coming?

See how it works

And what did you do?

I started by looking at what already existed, assuming somebody had solved this a long time ago.

They all had devices already. A watch given at Christmas. A blood pressure cuff bought after a scare. An app opened three times and never again.

The problem was not owning one. The problem was that none of it was any use to them.

Watches need charging every evening, so they spend the night on the bedside table, which is exactly the moment that matters. They buzz all day. And to find one piece of information inside, you cross six screens.

There were screenless bands, and in principle that was what I wanted. Except they answer an athlete's question: can I train hard today. A recovery score, a strain gauge.

For someone of sixty who just wants to know whether their heart is heading the right way, that is a device speaking another language.

And all of them grade you. A number out of a hundred, every morning, before you have opened your eyes. That is exactly what you should never do to someone who is already scared.

So we built the one that was missing. First for them, then for everyone.

What makes it different, concretely?

No screen. It is the decision I am proudest of.

No screen means a battery that lasts ten to fifteen days. So it never comes off. Not at night, not under the duvet, not during the week you forget the charger.

And the night is the only moment your body stops covering for you. No coffee, no bad news, no stairs. That is when the numbers get honest.

What exactly does it measure?

What exactly does it measure?

The thirteen measurements

And your customers, what do they tell you?

The sentence we hear most, before anyone even buys: "I have data, but no answers."

People who wore three devices, collected thousands of numbers, and still cannot tell you whether last year was good or bad for their heart.

So we do not give you a score out of a hundred. We show you a line, across three months, and we tell you which way it is going. Less spectacular. The only thing that helps.

What do three months look like?

What do three months look like?

Three months, one line

And measuring everything like that, does it not make you anxious?

That is the most important question on this page.

People write to us: "the numbers stress me more than they help me." With most devices, that is true. They buzz, they alert, they grade.

The Vitro does none of it. No notification. No morning score. No automatic alert. It measures, it files, it waits. You open the app when you want to know.

A band should never wake you up to worry you.

What if numbers make me anxious?

What if numbers make me anxious?

Measuring without worrying

And there really is no subscription?

Really none. You pay once, the app is free for life, and your data stays yours.

Elsewhere, the day you stop paying, your years of history switch off with the subscription. For an object meant to keep a record, that is absurd.

Are there many of you?

Fifty thousand today.

And what does it actually change in my life?

Honestly? Nothing, most days. You put it on, you forget it, it works.

What changes comes later. The day something worries you, you are not guessing any more. You open the app and you see whether it has been moving for three months or whether it was one bad night.

And the day you are sitting across from a doctor, you no longer say "I have been tired lately". You show ninety days. That is the difference between "come back if it gets worse" and "let us look at this".

What we are really selling is not being the person people talk about afterwards, saying: it came out of nowhere, we had no idea where it came from.
